The partnerships with two of the leading providers of wearable digital health technology have strengthened our ability to deliver PKG Health’s most clinically validated algorithms to life science companies. These partnerships highlight the company’s dedication to driving research & development forward through cutting-edge technologies and monitoring tools.

PKG Health’s inclusion in the NHS commissioning policy in the United Kingdom
The PKG system is currently available in 45 hospitals across the United Kingdom. Its inclusion in the NHS commissioning policy will expand patient access and highlights its
potential to transform Parkinson’s care.

Expansion into the Middle East and Europe
Capitalising on growing demand for advanced healthcare solutions, further establishing its global footprint and commitment to enabling cutting-edge care worldwide, PKG Health expanded into the Middle East and deepened its presence in Europe by signing agreements with three additional home care providers in France.

LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Thomas Ulmer, previously Chief Operating and Financial Officer, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer to steer PKG Health’s next phase of growth with Zach Henderson leaving PKG Health as Chief Executive Officer.

In addition to the leadership transition, PKG Health is also pleased to announce the following appointments to support the company’s next stage of strategic growth:

Dan Bennett has been promoted to Chief Business Officer
Dan will assume full responsibility for managing our relationships with life science companies and licensing partners, a key function as we expand our commercial footprint.
PKG Health is already working with leading wearable digital health technology companies in the industry. Under Dan's leadership, we will further accelerate our contribution to R&D companies around the world who are developing innovative therapies to treat Parkinson’s disease.

Neil Stevens will be promoted to Chief Commercial Officer (EMEA)
In this expanded role, Neil will lead the largest regional segment of our clinical care business, overseeing operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Neil has successfully grown our business in Europe and played a pivotal role in expanding availability of the PKG to patients in the Middle East, one of the fastest-growing regions in healthcare. His leadership will be crucial as we continue to strengthen our position in these dynamic markets.

Mandy Hagley has been promoted to Finance Director.
Mandy has been a cornerstone of our finance team, and her new role will enable her to take on greater responsibilities while continuing to provide strategic financial leadership.
